Teensy! This was just for a photo, while I was giving Lou one and removing the other. She wasn't jiggling them like teabags, honest.

The twins came home on Saturday, one week after birth (which would have made them 37 weeks if they were still in the tummy!)

It turned out to be a very long day, due to needing to get things cleared with the paediatrician and the fact that we ended up waiting about 6 hours longer than expected for the paediatrician to arrive.

We made it home eventually though, and the first two nights have gone pretty smoothly.

Here's Max! Born second, at 8:56 AM. He weighs 2835g (about 6lb 4oz) but we don't know how long he is yet.

Both boys were put into cribs in the special care nursery after a few hours with mum, mostly just to monitor their breathing - it's not currently expected that they'll have to stay in there for too long.
