]]>This is the birthday cake I made for Sebastian's 6th birthday. Actually I didn't make the cake itself; it was made by a friend of ours. I just decorated it!
The cake is a fairly minimalist version of the Gryffindor crest (Gryffindor being one of the houses at Hogwarts school, for those of you not familiar with Harry Potter)

]]>We came to the Tas Sci-Fi Convention from the entry inside Wrest Point. through the door there the boys could see across to the main entrance, which was guarded by a couple of Storm Troopers. The boys ran past the ticket booth to see the storm troopers, and were just totally in awe of them. They were a bit nervous when I tried to take a photo, but this seemed to be much more due to awe rather than fear.
